RETURNS POLICIES

If you’re looking to return or exchange your merch order for whatever reason, we’re here to help! We offer free returns within [14] days of purchase. You can return your product for [store credit, a different product, or a refund to the original payment method].

  • Please note the following exceptions to our return and refund policy:
  • Discounted items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged.
  • Returned items must have tags still on and be returned in original product packaging.
  • Returned items must have no visible signs of wear or use.

To initiate a return, please complete the following steps:

  1. Reply to your order confirmation email to request which products you would like to return.
  1. Print the prepaid return shipping label that you will receive by email.
  1. Send all items back to us using the label provided.

Additional Information:

  1. Refund, store credit or different product will be received within [14] days.

SHIPPING POLICY

Rose Cao Floral Design is committed to excellence, and the full satisfaction of our customers. proudly offers shipping services. Be assured we are doing everything in our power to get your order to you as soon as possible. Please consider any holidays that might impact delivery times.

SHIPPING: All orders for our products are processed and shipped out in 4-10 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email.

WRONG ADDRESS DISCLAIMER: It is the responsibility of the customers to make sure that the shipping address entered is correct. We do our best to speed up processing and shipping time, so there is always a small window to correct an incorrect shipping address. Please contact us immediately if you believe you have provided an incorrect shipping address.

UNDELIVERABLE ORDERS: Orders that are returned to us as undeliverable because of incorrect shipping information are subject to a restocking fee to be determined by us.

LOST/STOLEN PACKAGES: Rose Cao Floral Design is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your tracking information states that your package was delivered to your address and you have not received it, please report to the local authorities.

RETURN REQUEST DAYS: We allows you to return its item (s) within a period of 14 days from the date of purchase. Kindly be advised that the item (s) should be returned unopened and unused.

OUT OF STOCK ITEM PROCESS: In case of out-of-stock, [www.example.com] Wait for all items to be in stock before dispatching

IMPORT DUTY AND TAXES: When working with [www.example.com], you have the following options when it comes to taxes as well and import taxes: customer will need to settle fees when arriving in destination country.

RETURNS

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at rosecaofloraldesign@gmail.com. to tell us about your reasons for returning the items. 

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Please note that if your country of residence is not United States, shipping your goods may take longer than expected. 

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we may evaluate the issue and make it right.

Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

European Union 14 day cooling off period

Notwithstanding the above, if merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason and without justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return to let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

*For online courses on our platform, Payment for courses is required before accessing the content. We reserve the right to change our pricing and payment terms at any time. Refund is not applicable for products & services.
